If you are struggling with overwhelming debt, don't be afraid to ask for help. Hardworking people across the country are finding themselves in financial distress due to circumstances that were not of their making. Seeking debt relief under Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 does not mean that you have done anything wrong. It is your right under federal law to make a fresh start. Bankruptcy is a law that helps the honest and unfortunate debtor.
At the Law Offices of Charles A. Maglieri, doing business as "Advanced Bankruptcy Legal Services," I offer my clients more than three decades of experience in the private practice of law. I have dedicated my entire practice to consumer bankruptcy law since 1987. I chose to limit my practice in this fashion so I can focus on staying current with ongoing changes to bankruptcy laws and provide the high-quality service and representation you deserve when you hire my firm.
