Your Right To A Fresh Start

If you are struggling with overwhelming debt, don’t be afraid to ask for help. Hardworking people can find themselves in financial distress due to circumstances that were not of their making. Seeking debt relief under Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 does not mean that you have done anything wrong. It is your right under federal law to make a fresh start.

At the Law Offices of Charles A. Maglieri, doing business as “Advanced Bankruptcy Legal Services,” I offer my clients more than three decades of experience in the private practice of law. I have dedicated my entire practice to consumer bankruptcy law since 1987. I chose to limit my practice in this fashion so I can focus on staying current with ongoing changes to bankruptcy laws and provide the high-quality service and representation you deserve when you hire my firm.

It is your right under federal law to make a fresh start. Bankruptcy is a law that helps the honest and unfortunate debtor.

An Advocate You Can Trust

Bankruptcy is a complex area of Federal law, Rules of Procedure and complex and often opposing Court decisions from all 50 states involving numerous State law issues that all need to be addressed during Federal Bankruptcy proceedings. When you choose me to help you with a debt relief solution, you can feel confident that your future is in the hands of a Hartford County bankruptcy attorney who knows the law and knows how to manage your bankruptcy in a way that gives you the best chance of obtaining the desired outcome.

I am proud of my firm’s reputation for providing personalized service to every client.
